Hi Delta Team:

I was wondering if you guys have ever seen the MILES AND MORE flight award website? Specifically the page that is brought up when you query an award ticket. It's awesome. The results show the date you requested, but also 7 days before and 7 days after your choice -- showing results for ALL classes of service and ALL flight awards.

It is the simplest, cleanest, and easiest to use flight award booking I have ever seen.

The Delta system seemingly makes you throw darts at your dates and hope that something is available. I know you guys have the little color coded calendar that has green, yellow, and red for general avail - but it's rarely accurate.

I love Delta and its services... I just wish you guys would make flight award booking a little easier. I know award seats are extremely limited, and i am fine with that -- but at least give us a tiny bit of help.

Thanks for reading this.

Jeff, it's getting harder and harder to take your assurances on faith.

Bottom line, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find seats at the lowest category. Even worse, even if you pick the mid tier seats on the calendar, they end up being the MOST EXPENSIVE. I challenge you to find BE seats at the lowest category for the NYC - BOM segment - for ANY DATE over the ENTIRE CALENDAR YEAR. Go ahead, try.

You promised that the calendar would be fixed.
You promised that the inventory allocations wouldn't be changed.

Your promises appear to be as empty as the claim that your 3-tier system is "industry leading". Notice that no other airlines have cared to follow your alleged lead: you're not leading if no one's following. Unless you're trying to take the lead in losing your elite flyers to competitors.

You've diluted the values of SkyMiles by anywhere between a half and two-thirds, and to claim this as a "benefit" is plain insulting. Please scrap this customer-shafting program if you wish to retain your customers.

Apart from the repaint work from NWA to DL, are there pictures of the revisions to the interiors? I'm particularly interested in the 747-400 (International) Business Elite.

Yep, the Delta mobile site is completely broken much of the time, and it's been this way for months. It's likely the worst airline mobile site in existence. Delta does not care or they would have fixed it by now - which is strange given all the effort they have put into improving the regular site. Good luck.

I'm posting here in the hopes of getting some sort of response from those in charge of the Delta mobile site. For me, the site is not functioning at all and my repeated attempts to resolve it with Delta Online Customer Assistance (888-750-3284), have yielded no results.

My problem is when I access Delta mobile from my Blackberry 8830 (Sprint), select "login to see itineraries", type in my Skymiles and PIN, I am presenting with a screen that has the standard Delta Banner (red/white) and below it a second Delta banner w/black background, a "back" button and the Home nav link. This is also true when I select "login to book a trip".

I was thinking it was my phone, so I had some coworkers try it on LG and Samsung phones (different providers) with the same results. I go to my desktop and us IE7 & Google Chrome to access the mobile site and get the same results.

After 3 calls to Online Customer Assistance and additional emails to Delta, I am about to just stop using the mobile site because A). It is of no value to me in its current condition, B). the support center is not supporting me.

I know this blog is not the appropriate place to voice a specific, individual problem, as the note above "submit comment" states. However, I'm not getting any resolution through the standard channels at this is extremely frustrating. The Online Cust. Asst. is worthless except to congratulate me on being Gold Medallion.

If anyone is having a similar experience or more importantly, a resolution, or is a Delta technical person that can point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful.
